Diagnosed Hodgkins Lymphoma, Dec '09

'AVBD' Chemo started, Dec '09

Splenectomy performed, May '10

Diagnosed Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma May '10

'R-Chop' Chemo started, June '10

'R-Chop' fails. Cancer spreads, Sept '10

R-ESHAP treatment started, Oct '10

R-ESHAP treatment failed, Nov '10

Diagnosed terminal 11/11/10 'month to live'
